A caterer everyone loved.
A pipeline nobody built.

Mana Sabroso is a family-run caterer serving San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country — more than twenty years of culinary experience, menus cooked fresh on-site the day of the event, and a habit of feeding every guest, allergies included.

The food earned its reputation event by event. The demand generation didn’t exist: weddings were won on word of mouth, and word of mouth doesn’t scale on command.

Not a boosted post — a lead system. Each piece below went live on the date shown, and each exists so that a lead is qualified before anyone spends a minute on the phone.

Strategy

Match the channel to the buyer: couples discover caterers by scrolling, so the $500 Meta budget goes to weddings on Facebook and Instagram. Corporate buyers search — that demand is reserved for a Google campaign in phase two.

Creative

Five ad concepts written and produced as an audition, one angle each: fresh on-site cooking, allergy-inclusive menus, Hill Country venues, the founders’ story, and sample menus. The record — not taste — decides which angles keep the budget.

Qualifying form

A higher-intent Meta instant form that asks the two questions a caterer actually quotes from: wedding date and guest count. Every lead lands with both, plus name, phone, and email — no anonymous clicks.

Compliance

A published privacy policy for manasabroso.com and a rebuilt form with an affirmative SMS-consent checkbox — so text-message follow-up is opt-in and carrier-legal before the first text is ever sent.

Sharper intake

A third form revision adds the venue question, so quotes can reference the couple’s actual location. The intake keeps getting smarter without interrupting the campaign.

Verification

A couple-by-couple audit matches every campaign lead against the caterer’s own booking system — so this page reports what the kitchen actually sees, not what the ad platform claims.

OngoingFollow-up

Every lead syncs to a shared tracking sheet the moment it arrives and flows into CaterWell, our proprietary catering platform — instant replies, owner alerts, and automatic follow-up, because speed-to-lead wins weddings the same way it wins everything else. More on that below.

The record: 43 inquiries, one by one.

First inquiry on July 22 — two days after launch. From there the campaign has averaged nearly ten wedding inquiries a week, without a dead week on the board.

Nine seconds later, the couple already has menus.

Ad clicks are rented. The follow-up machine is owned. Every inquiry lands in CaterWell — BoostWorks’ proprietary, in-house catering platform — and the platform goes to work before a human could find their phone. Bookings tend to go to whoever replies first — with CaterWell, Mana Sabroso replies first every time.

~9 secInstant reply

The couple receives a branded reply with a link to menus, photos, and per-guest pricing — while they’re still holding the phone they inquired on.

Same minuteOwner alert

A “new lead — call now” alert reaches the caterer with the couple’s name, date, and guest count already attached, so the first call is an informed one.

Day 2 · Day 5Automatic follow-up

Couples who haven’t answered get scheduled follow-ups, and can book a tasting themselves from available times — no phone tag, no lead left to go cold.

OngoingOne pipeline

Quotes, guest counts, dietary requirements, and response-time metrics live in one dashboard — the same record this page is written from.

Proposals are not revenue, and this page treats them that way. But $32,049 in documented wedding proposals, in a month whose entire ad budget was $500, is not a pipeline a caterer builds from an inbox.

What the 40 couples asked for

Because the form qualifies every lead, the pipeline isn’t a pile of names — it’s dated weddings with headcounts. 28 of the 40 couples are planning for fifty guests or more.

Wedding dates in the pipeline run from August 2026 to September 2028. No revenue is claimed on this page yet — dollar figures join the record as deposits clear. That is the standard: confirmed numbers or no numbers.

Lead counts
The CaterWell platform database — the system of record every lead lands in — cross-checked against the Meta lead-form sync sheet, July 22 – August 21, 2026. Test submissions excluded. 43 submissions from 40 unique couples (three couples re-submitted).
¹ Cost per couple
Computed on the flat $500 monthly ad budget paid directly to Meta: $500 ÷ 40 couples = $12.50 (per submission: $500 ÷ 43 = $11.63). Final figure reconciles against delivered Ads Manager spend for the window and may shift by a small amount.
Guest-count mix
The guest-count chart uses the range each couple selected on the lead form, counted per unique couple.
² Pipeline & proposals
From a name-by-name audit of the client’s Tripleseat booking system (August 24, 2026): 15 of the 40 couples have Tripleseat events created after their lead arrived; the $32,000+ figure is the sum of Tripleseat document totals on the six campaign events with financials entered. Booking statuses come from CaterWell, which has been connected to Tripleseat since August 5, 2026.
Client baseline
Follower count, feed mix, and engagement figures are from BoostWorks’ June 2026 audit of the Mana Sabroso Instagram and Facebook accounts, before the engagement began.
Follow-up automation
Instant replies, owner alerts, and day-2 / day-5 follow-ups are performed by CaterWell, software built and operated by BoostWorks as part of the Well Platform. Reply timing is the platform’s configured behavior.
Revenue
Not yet claimed. BoostWorks publishes confirmed revenue only after bookings close — the same standard as every record on boostworks.agency/work. No anonymous testimonials, no projected dollars presented as results.
